The American Academy of Pediatrics States not to use Talc on babies and toddlers because it can be accidentally inhaled and cause respiratory problems. That's what this product is- Talc and fragrance. Most baby powders in the U.S. are made of corn starch. I have 5, 7, and 9 year old children that like to use this powder in their undies during the hot months to prevent sweaty-butt syndrome. I use it in the hot months too. It also works great in your shoes to freshen them up between washes and helps keep your feet from getting too sweaty in sandals in summer. On a side note, this powder is not from America. I didn't know that when I purchased it, but it didn't really bother me when I found out after reading the bottles. They are from Johnson & Johnson, but manufactured and distributed in Indonesia.
